    Applicants can be any non-profit organization with an IRS 501(c)(3) designation or any governmental or public entity.

    Deadline Details

    Leadership Program Capacity Building - The deadline to submit an application was April 14, 2014.

    The Community Trust Grant -  The deadline to submit an application was September 2, 2014.

    15 Forever - The deadline to submit an application was January 31, 2014.

    Millennium Trust -  The deadline to submit an application was August 29, 2014.

    Open Door - The deadline to submit an application was June 27, 2014.

    Award Details

    Leadership Program Capacity Building - Awards range between $1,000 and $10,000.

    The Community Trust Grant Cycle - Awards range between $1,000 and $9,000.

    15 Forever - Approximately $15,000 is available in total funding. Awards range between $500 and $15,000.

    Millennium Trust - Awards are $25,000 each for three (3) grants.

    Open Door - Award amounts vary.
