Deadline Details
Applications are accepted throughout the year. Proposals should include the following information:
Mission and history of the organization
Amount requested, current fundraising goal and specific purpose for funds
Description of the community need and how the program meets that need
Program evaluation method and description of outcomes
Relation of organization to others within the community
Current strategic plan, if available
Award Details
Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $1,000,000. Awards range from $5,000 to $20,000 for first time applicants.
