    Deadline Details

    Applications are accepted throughout the year. Proposals should include the following information:
    • Mission and history of the organization
    • Amount requested, current fundraising goal and specific purpose for funds
    • Description of the community need and how the program meets that need
    • Program evaluation method and description of outcomes
    • Relation of organization to others within the community
    • Current strategic plan, if available

    Award Details

    Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $1,000,000. Awards range from $5,000 to $20,000 for first time applicants.
