Past awardees include: American Cancer Society, American Legion Freeburg #317, Argyle Park Board, Fatima High - Project Graduation, Holy Family Church, Holy Family School, and Jefferson City Area YMCA.

Applications are to be submitted by February 1, annually. The board meets to review applications in March. Initial approach should be with a Letter of Intent. An application form is required. Applicants should submit the following:
Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $1,000,000. Most awards range from $10,000 to $25,000.
