The Clark Foundation was established in 1968 in Oregon. The foundation does not maintain a website. Funds may be used for the following purposes:
Eligible applicants are non-profits in and around the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area whose purpose is educational, charitable, cultural, religious or scientific.

Award amounts vary up to $500,000. Most awards are between $10,000 and $50,000.
