    The Foster Foundation supports programs that benefit Pacific Northwest communities. Programs must address at least one of the Foundation's priority areas: Human Welfare; Education; Medical Research, Treatment & Care; and Arts & Culture.

Priority will be given to funding innovative and collaborative approaches to meeting critical needs that result in improved services, increased impact and positive outcomes for constituents within the areas of focus.
