  • Eligibility Details

    Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in Delaware and Philadelphia with emphasis on New Castle county.

    Deadline Details

    Applications are to be submitted by September 30, annually. Initial approach should be with a Proposal. An application form is not required. Applicants should submit the following:
    1. Brief history of organization and description of its mission
    2. Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested
    3. Copy of IRS Determination Letter
    4. Copy of most recent annual report/audited financial statement/990
    5. Listing of board of directors, trustees, officers and other key people and their affiliations

    Award Details

    Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $1,000,000. Most grants range from $50,000 to $100,000.
