    The Parsons Area Community Foundation's (PACF) mission is to improve quality of life within the geographic area of Parsons and surrounding communities within a 25 mile radius. PACF is a unique charity in that it encompasses all aspects of community improvement from helping community members with basic needs, to providing financial support for parks, festivals, and the arts. Grants from unrestricted funds are made at the discretion of the PACF Board of Directors.
